Your personal performance will be measured in a structured one to one meeting at the end of every month, we will look closely at both your results and effort, working with you to sort out any restrictive factors,

whilst not being over bearing by breathing down your neck on a day to day basis.

Once you have progressed beyond your trainee role, you may be offered the opportunity to run your own desk and hopefully mirror the personal income level of some of our top recruiters.

Earnings Opportunity
All Trainees are paid a fixed basic salary in the first year. Commission is paid on two fronts – generating vacancies with new clients, which result in successful placements and by placing people into vacant positions. The OTE is real and can be demonstrated by our existing Trainees.
