Leave the M60 at jcn 1. At the 1st roundabout, follow signs to town centre and choose the right hand lane.

Continue through the traffic lights and under the motorway bridge to the 2nd roundabout. Take the 4th exit into Acorn Business Park (Heaton Lane).
