The ideal candidate must have:
Good hands on experience in programming with ArcObjects
Good experience in ArcGIS Server 9.3.1, ArcSDE 9.3
Experience in ArcFM server and , ArcFM
Good knowledge in .NET technology and COM
Basic Knowledge of Oracle 10G and Oracle Spatial
Knowledge on Geodatabase , Datamodel, Spatial reference
Experience in unit testing, assembly testing and product testing of applications
Good knowledge in ArcGIS Mobile SDK
Knowledge in spatial data geometry types SDO_Geom and ST_Geom.
Good knowledge in understanding the design and architecture of GIS applications in GAS industry
Good Communication skills and good problem solving skills
(Optional)Experience in using the tools like GIS data reviewer, ESRI Utility viewer, Address locator Hub
