THE COMPANY Independent company. Leading player in the RF and Microwave market. Able to demonstrate strong growth. Key supplier to the defence market. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE Experience of selling microwave technologies or RF – e.g Radar, radio frequency, microwave, antennas, communications infrastructure Key account management – minimum 2-3 years. Be able to present at senior levels. Must be technical, ideally with a HND in electronics, but not essential Ideally have sold into the defence market previously. Would consider someone selling into other markets if RF/Microwave related. THE ROLE 100% new business. Needs someone who can take a strategic approach to generating business. Order values range from £6000 - £2m. 12 – 18 months sales cycle.
